MUFFIN LABU KUKUS



salam..

selamat petang semua.. okay-okay.. takmo cerita banyak-banyak yee... 
nak share 1 resipi yang sedaaaaap nie kat korang.. huhu

huda nie memang peminat TEGAR dengan labu kalau nak tawu.. apa-apa masakan yang berkaitan dengan labu insyaallah takkan ditolak.. hehehe.. nak dijadikan cerita hari tu jenguk lah dalam blog Kak Izah.. kebetulan hari tu Kak Izah buat entry pasal muffin labu nie.. tetiba teringat dalam peti ais ade baki sebelah labu lagi.. apalagi..terus lah sepantas kilat salin resipi kan.. hehehe






lepas rasa je muffin terus jatuh cintaaaa youuuuuuu.. sebab tersangat lah sedap bagi tekak huda nie.. terasa manis-manis labu tu.. cantik pulak warna die kan.. warna asli tu taw.. tak letak pewarna pun.. huhu.. bagi sesiapa yang peminat labu macam huda nie memang suggest sangat-sangat lah try buat muffin nie.. huhu.. mintak izin yee Kak Izah nak kongsi resipi dekat sini..  :)






MUFFIN LABU KUKUS

* 125gm steamed pumpkin flesh
* 1 egg
* 120gm sugar
* 100gm evaporated milk or coconut milk (huda guna susu cair)
* 30gm corn oil
* 180gm cake flour (huda guna tepung gandum)
* 20gm rice flour
* 1.5tsp baking powder


1. Prepare your steamer and bring the water to a boil
2. Put steamed pumpkin flesh, egg, sugar, milk and oil in blender and whizz for 30 seconds.
3. Sift cake flour, rice flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl.
4. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour the blended ingredients into the well. Mix until well combined.
5. Spoon into lined steaming cups and steam on high heat for 15 minutes. It will bloom by itself, no need to make a cross with oil.

Wahh mmg best kan.. Anak2 akak sukee la sangat muffin ni.. Heh tq sudi try resepinya
